Enhanced Rider Scheme (ERS) - London
Lower your insurance! Take the Enhanced Rider Scheme.
The Enhanced Rider Scheme is post-test training for those motorcyclists who already hold a full bike licence. There is an initial assessment and if your instructor feels it is necessary, they will suggest a personalised training plan for you.
If your riding skills are deemed to be good enough at the assessment, or once you have completed further training (if necessary) a ‘DSA Certificate of Competence - Enhanced Rider Bonus’ certificate will be awarded to you. The majority of motorcycle insurance providers offer an insurance discount on production of the certificate.
Suitable for you if:
- you have just passed your test
- you are upgrading to a more powerful bike
- you are returning to biking after a break
- you simply want a health check on your riding
- you are thinking of going onto a higher level
