I would just like to say thanks very much for your assistance and training in getting me through both aspects of my test. I passed my module 2 test this morning with only 3 minors (for going a bit slow in places) so I am extremely pleased with that.

I was very impressed with the facilities and particularly the trainers, A Hilder (I forget his first name) who took me through the CBT and Nick who got me through my module 1 and I guess ultimately my module 2. Thanks also to Richard (Mr “speak in the third person”) who took me to my test today complete with ‘non stop’ chat and the odd “weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee” along the way.

I shall definitely be recommending your school to other people and I hope to never see you again (for a bike test anyway).

I didn't think I could pass Module 1 & 2, but with PRT's help I got the proper training and got my full licence.

It was about 3 months ago since I first arrived for my CBT with little riding experience and now I have full licence, definitely worth the money.

I was recommended to Premier by a friend, and I have to say that I would recommend them to anyone. The training set up was great, and the ability to practise the module 1 part of the test in a replica of the DSA set up is essential. But what made my experience so good was the instructors - in my case, Mick, Nick and Richard - who all seem to have the knack of teaching you without it feeling like you are being taught; and all of whom come with an irreverent sense of humour which makes some of the longer rides much more entertaining. Thanks guys!

I’d just like to say what a pleasure it was working with the Premier team across both my CBT and full motorcycle test. The facilities, bike and staff were all perfect (maybe not the start times though....haha!) and having been trained by both Mick and Derek over the courses I have to say their ability to teach you the necessary riding and safety functions in a way that’s both entertaining and confidence boosting is genuinely fantastic.

They make sure every aspect of your tests are covered in an insightful and interesting way and don't ever put you under unnecessary pressure to move things forward too quickly. I believe that’s the key to the company’s success rate.......teaching the students without them feeling the pressure to learn....it just seems to happen. They were always open to questions and always had time to explain things in more depth if you needed them to. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Premier Rider Training to any of my friends and colleagues who are looking to make the move to two wheels.

I just wanted to say thank you so very much for the fantastic training I had with you. As you're aware I passed my category A motorbike test yesterday and I'm over the moon.

A big thanks to Nick for taking me through my first few days, to H for shouting at me so much on the way to Erith for my Module 1 and to Richard who took me to Tolworth yesterday for my Module 2 and made me laugh all the way there and back to Wembley with his fantastic humour.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Premier to anyone wanting to pass their motorbike test. I rode my first motorbike on 23rd April and just over 3 weeks later I'm a fully fledged biker, quite astonishing really and without you it just wouldn't have been possible - thanks so very much for everything, the training was second to none.

Not one bad thing to say about the training. I had total confidence in Mick and Nick (my instructors over the 3 weeks I trained and tested) - they were able to highlight really quickly the areas I needed working on and I felt as prepared as I possibly could be for my Mod 1 and 2 tests.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone else and I would certainly come back for a training day if and when I decide to upgrade to a bigger bike.

Just a quick message to say a big thanks to the quality of your instructors and structure of the Direct Access course which has helped me pass my exam.

I live in East London and it was through a friend who recommended me that I learn with you guys, and even though it meant me travelling to Wembley the quality was worth it.  

I see a lot of riding schools at my end of London and it is so evident how much better you guys are.  I have to say a huge thanks to NIck who was with me for the majority of my Direct Access, his awesome knowledge, direct but easy going approach (as long as you are riding safely) helped build confidence in someone who had never touched a bike until June of this year.  Also Mick from Wimbledon was great to be around, he was similar to Nick in his approach, and as with Nick made you see the enjoyment in riding a motorcycle.  Both of whom showed me how to ride safely and with confidence, without both of them, especially Nick I would not have passed my module 2 with such ease.  

Finally even though he didn't teach me 'H' was always fun to be around, he was always friendly whenever I or other learners were around him, also it was nice to stand alongside a skinhead uglier than me.

Hi Premier,

Thank you all so much for getting me through my DAS first time.

Richard for my CBT and Mod2 test day, including an eventful trip around the North Circular trying to follow someone who hates sitting in traffic jams, at least it increased my confidence in filtering! Mick for getting me to RELAX, building my confidence on the 125cc day and constantly believing that I would be ok. Oh, and how could I forget our foggy ride to Uxbridge only to be told that tests had been cancelled, I did thaw out eventually! Thank you for not losing me in the fog! And finally Nick for my intro lesson back in January and my 2 days on a 500cc bike. Your patience is un-ending and had to be trying to teach me slow riding on a 500cc bike. The light bulb switched on just before my Mod1 test!

I'd also like to say thank you to Becky and Gwyn for your patience over the phone to a nervous caller who didn't know what course to take and who only had a very short time to fit the course in. Thank you for organising things so quickly around my schedule and getting me a Mod 2 test before my theory test ran out.

Sort of sad that I actually passed so quickly because I'm going to miss you guys. It has been good fun even though I have been on a steep learning curve.

Thank you very much to everyone who helped with my training. While I wasn't sure about the need to book in as many as 3 training days pre-test, once we started I realised quite quickly how the training really helps riders get the full range of manoeuvres needed for the test. The hours of riding on the road as well as the dozen or so Mod 1 practices eventually made the test seem such a doddle (it also helped to go and see some Mod 1s when out on the training day, that really helped visualise the whole thing and see how straightforward it can be).

I have just paid for my dream bike which I pick up on Monday - a Triumph Scrambler 900 in Matt Black. Nick, Derek, Mick and even Becky (who I didn't meet but who helped find me a Mod 2 date so quickly) - I honestly would not have passed my DAS first time without your excellent training, and am definitely much more safe on the roads too. Well done to all of you and keep up the good work.

I suppose that unlike most candidates I was not in a tearing hurry to pass my test for various reasons. But the CBT expiration date did loom rapidly at the end ! I found Peter, Mick and Richard excellent company and very professional instructors - and I met some crazy applicants. Peter, my Module 2 examiner commented about our "Spirited Ride" - well any way I passed [ and have been riding my 1997 Honda Foresight 250 every day since Tuesday! ] and I have to thank you all.

In terms of feedback I think the team are excellent, the booking office staff were very efficient and went the extra mile to ensure I was booked in prior to my CBT running out!

The trainers had a professional approach and were very encouraging. I must say Mick in particular had a very calm and positive manner, which really helped specially when conquering the dreaded swerve test!

Generally on reflection the whole experience has been very enjoyable thanks to the team at Premier.

You have great instructors and great facilities especially at Wembley, really good training area to practice for Module 1 test. It was really useful that you have a speed gun, which makes it easier to prepare for the high speed exercises in Module 1 test.

I passed this morning at the Pinner test centre without any minors!

I would just like to say many thanks to both Nick and H for their training over my 3 day Direct Access course. Their tuition, communication and professionalism were excellent whilst being relaxed which is great.

The facilities at Premier (Wembley) are great - use of the car park for practising mod1 was really good and I really liked the way you were just allowed to ride around the car park first thing to get yourself used to the bike - I think this really helps.

I normally avoid doing these feedback things, but in this case I genuinely felt like dropping you a line to tell you what I thought of your course.

The whole thing was a lot more involved than I had expected, it has been a long time since I sat any sort of test and it really felt good to flex the brain in new directions.

I passed my test first time round which might taint my view, saying that I was thoroughly impressed with the service that you provided. I enjoyed the trainers and the whole experience, I felt like a made a few new friends. I will refer you to anyone seeking motorcycle training, brilliant!

Having had a negative experience with another training school and getting on two wheels at a relatively late stage in life, not to mention needing my CBT to start my London Taxi Knowledge training, to say I was apprehensive is an understatement!

I needn't have worried, your instructor Peter was an absolute star, always patient, yet quietly determined to get me up to the required standard. This, coupled with the general quality of instruction and decent machines to ride, meant taking and passing my CBT was a great day out.

I have been very impressed with the 3 Day Direct Access training I received, not to mention the professional and common sense advice from my instructors Pete and Peter. Their methods and advice prepare you for riding in the real world rather than getting you to a level to just scrape through the practicals!

As such I felt very confident going into both my module 1 and module 2 tests and was absolutely chuffed to pass both first time with just a couple of minor faults on Mod 2.

I found the facilities to be very good, with bikes in great working condition and I found training on the replica mod 1 course at Wembley really useful.

I'm now looking forward to trading up from the Vespa and embarking on some proper roads trips next summer.

I passed both modules 1st time. I found the instructors to be very experienced and their techniques in teaching and pin pointing errors were excellent.

The mod 1 practice ground in Wembley helped heaps and gave an excellent teaser to what was to come.

I recommend Premier to anyone who wants to learn safely and pass with confidence. Nick's feedback is 5* when riding... will be back for more advanced training!

I would just like to say a HUGE, HUGE thank you to you all. From the word go you have been incredibly professional and made the whole experience extremely enjoyable. (Mind you being 6'4 and spending a full day on a 125 was slightly painful but I believe I have Mick to thank for that).

The training I received was second to none and I would like to name names. Gwyn for your patience and professionalism on the phone, Pete for the priceless tips and training. You certainly know your onions. Also you have an incredible library of completely useless information but amusing never the less and it kept me going. The other Pete for taking me up for my test and the extremely valuable tips on my Mod 2 day. And Mick for my assessment ride. I still have a sore backside after the day on the 125. Just keep an eye on those stationary vans.

Many thanks to all of the instructors who have helped me pass my test. It has been an enjoyable experience with lots of entertainment. I found the practise at Wembley for my Module 1 a very valuable experience and definitely would not have passed without the practise. It looks and sounds easy, harder without practice. This was demonstrated by another training school that did not have a great success on the day.

The team should be proud of the encouragement and confidence that their training brings.

Feedback:

• I did my CBT with another school but switched to Premier for the DAS. I'm very happy I did: passed Module 1 with no faults and Module 2 with one minor fault (about which the examiner was almost apologetic in the post-exam review).
• Just as important, I'm much more confident in my defensive riding in heavy town traffic, on dual carriageways and when other drivers are all over the road.
• I enjoyed the instructors' sense of humour and ability to instill good riding habits quickly.

If I had to do it again, I would go with Premier from the beginning.

Hello, I just wanted to express my thanks and tell you of the great experience I had when taking my direct access course back in May. Apologies that I have only just got around to writing to you! I was particularly nervous and I had had a bad experience previously with another company whilst doing my CBT. I decided to give Premier a go, but feared that I may suffer a similar experience, particularly being a young female and dealing with people's ageist and sexist attitudes.

However, immediately I was put at ease by Nick who was very friendly and entertaining! Over the few days I also had H and Mick as my instructors who I also found to be fantastic instructors. Their attitude towards people is perfect and even though the purpose of our custom is a serious one, they all managed to incorporate a lot of fun into it! I was actually sad that my dealings with Premier were over when I passed the test on the Friday! I wish more companies were like yourselves and I will always recommend Premier as a fantastic training school.

Hi Premier,

I just wanted to write and thank everyone at Premier for getting me through my DAS and getting me my licence! I did the 3 day DAS last weekend with my test up in Pinner on Monday afternoon. Saturday was on the CG125's with Mick, Sunday with Jim on the ER5 and then test day with Richard. All 3 of them made the training fun, definitely enjoyable and gave me all the support that I needed when things starting getting a bit frustrating………..doing 45 minutes of U turns in the car park would have tested the patience of any instructor…..! Humour plays a big part in what they do and it's obvious that they are both committed and passionate about what they do - which is infectious in slightly nervous pupils!

It was a pleasure to spend the 3 days with them and their help and experience of riding bikes has certainly given me a huge amount of confidence on a larger bike. I will certainly be recommending you guys to anyone wanting to learn to ride 2 wheels.

I'd just like to say thanks for a great DAS course over the last few weeks. I did the 3 day course and passed first time. Please could you pass on my thanks to Derek and H for their superb instruction throughout the course? I have to admit I was sceptical as to whether I could get up to test standard in just 2 and a bit days of instruction but the guys worked wonders! As a complete novice with only a CBT and a couple of days on a hired 125 under my belt I was amazed at how quickly the guys developed my abilities on the road.

Not only have you enabled me to pass my test first time but you have also encouraged me to take further training once I have had some more saddle time and experience. H's obvious passion for motorbikes is infectious throughout and will no doubt lead to me buying a bike a lot sooner than planned!

Hello, I completed the DAS course with Premier over 5 days including CBT, 2 days on a 125 and 2 days on a 500. In a very short space of time I went from complete and utter beginner to successfully passing my bike test. I would like to say this is obviously due to my natural riding ability, however it is blatantly not as I have none!

Superb instruction from Nick and Derek. In particular Nick, who has patience by the bucket load and exhausted every trick going to teach me to do a slow turn in the road without resorting to paddling or swearing very loudly, both of which can apparently fail you on a test!!

The professionalism, commitment and skill level of all your instructors is self-evident and despite it being quite a steep learning curve, I thoroughly enjoyed myself.

I have been driving for donkey’s years but aside from the odd spin on a pushbike had no prior motorbike experience. The fact that in a 5–day period I was taught to ride a large bike safely and pass the test is testimony to the standards of tuition at Premier. I have been vigorously recommending you to all and sundry, as I am now a motorcycling fanatic.

Three days after passing I brought a Suzuki SV650 (unfaired) which I rode on a round trip of 200 miles to Cambridge and back one afternoon to acquaint myself with it. I haven’t stopped grinning, but I need to give serious thought to warmer gloves for the winter!

I would just like to send a note saying many thanks to Premier at Wembley for getting me through the 4 day DAS course. Days 1 & 2 were very easy going, but also very worthwhile and fun with Derek. Days 3 & 4 on the 500cc was a bit more 'regimented' but needed to be and also enjoyable with Nick. I felt confident enough in my own ability before the course, but both instructors show you within minutes the many faults that I had!!! Overall I found the process and advice from Premier quite excellent. I found that Premier was genuinely interested in training me to pass my test, rather than making money. Although it is obviously in Premier's best interest for trainees to pass the first time around, I found that generally the personable and friendly staff are genuinely good people who knew exactly what they were doing.

Knowing absolutely nothing about the process of obtaining a motorcycle license, I was in touch with Gwyn who I found to be a very patient and helpful person. Email queries were answered within the same day, which is particularly remarkable. Gwyn was particularly helpful in helping me determine which site was most sensible for me to train and I felt he was not trying to take advantage of a complete novice.

Having received a fair amount of education from Professors and Instructors up to the Masters level over the years, I have a good understanding of what is required from a good instructor. H possesses all the qualities of an excellent instructor which include; thorough knowledge of motorcycling in the UK; patience even in instances when the same mistakes were made repeatedly; the ability to motivate students; and a good-natured and personable attitude - which eases tension in what can be a stressful learning experience.

I hope this feedback has been helpful. I think that Premier is a very good training school and will certainly recommend to people who may require training. Kind regards,

Right from the word go, I’ve been impressed with Premier. Becky took my initial call and explained that the four day DAS is what I needed. She knew absolutely everything about the courses and what my requirements were and what course fitted me. Good start.

The four days were to my surprise enjoyable! Learning a new skill should be fun – and Nick (my main trainer) and the team at Wembley ensured that it was. Not only was the course presented professionally and patiently, but the enthusiasm and energy from the whole team was impressive and gave me confidence in honing the skills to ride and ultimately pass the test. In fact, everything about the whole operation, from the condition of the bikes, to the years of experience from the trainers impressed.
