Change of Mind Cancellations
By law, customers in the EU have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) of the day after the date the item is delivered. This only applies to items sold via our ‘e-Shop’ and is not applicable to our training courses.
For a refund, you can return the item to us in its original, ‘as new’ condition within thirty days of the date you received it but you will be responsible for the cost of returning it to us unless the wrong product was delivered to you in error.
Please note that CD ROMs and DVDs must still be fully sealed. Whilst you have the goods, you must not sell them or give them to anyone else. You should also take reasonable care of them and make sure they are not damaged.
