Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully because they affect your rights and liabilities under the law and by using the site you agree to be legally bound by them.

Use of The Site

If you wish to clarify any item in these Terms & Conditions, please email admin@elitemotorcycletraining.com We may choose to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time but any changes will be posted on the Site. Please note that these Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer

Privacy Policy

By providing your details to us on The Site at time of ordering, you consent to us maintaining, holding and using such details for the purposes of processing your orders. We collect and maintain all data in accordance with the requirements of The Data Protection Act 1998.

Your personal details will only be passed to other companies who are by necessity involved in processing and fulfilling your orders and will not be passed to any other third party for any reason.

Prices

The prices payable for goods that you order are clearly set out in the Site. Should we have inadvertently incorrectly priced an item on the site, we will not be liable to supply the item at the stated price, prior to our acceptance of your order. All prices are expressed inclusive of UK excise duty and VAT (where applicable) but do not include delivery charge applicable at the time of despatch to you. Delivery charges will be calculated automatically and added to the total price payable before you confirm your order.

Motorcycle Training Courses

Courses With No Test Involved

  • Changing dates - If you need to change the date of your course, you are required to give written notification to us seven days prior to your course date, otherwise you will lose your payment. It is your responsibility to phone and check that we have received this.
  • Lateness - Lateness will count as a cancellation and will result in you losing your money. Please allow plenty of time to get to us.
  • Failure to attend - If you do not attend for the course, you would need to pay again.
  • Under 18 - If you do not bring a parent or legal guardian with you to sign our terms and conditions of training, your monies would be lost.
    Failure to bring correct documents - If you do not bring the correct documents and as a result we cannot train you, you would need to pay again to re-book.
  • Refunds - Providing you have given us seven days notice in writing prior to the start of your course, we will refund you less a £15.00 administration fee. If you do not give us seven days notice prior to your course, no refund will be due. All qualifying refunds will only be considered within twenty-eight days of you paying for the course.

Courses With A Practical Test

  • Changing dates: If you need to change the dates, you will be required to give written notification to be received at our office three clear weeks prior to your course; otherwise you will lose your payment. It is your responsibility to phone and check that we have received this.
  • Lateness will also count as a cancellation and will result in you losing your money. Once you have started your training, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Failure to attend - If you do not attend for the course, or any part of it, you would need to pay again.
  • Under 18 - If you do not bring a parent or legal guardian with you to sign our terms and conditions of training, your monies would be lost.
  • Failure to bring correct documents - If you do not bring the correct documents and as a result we cannot train you, you would need to pay again to re-book.
  • Refunds - Where the three clear weeks notice is given, cancellations will be subject to a 10% administration charge.To qualify for any refund these will only be considered if they are within 28 days of you paying for the course. If you have started a full licence course and given the correct notice, then you can change dates but they will remain non-refundable. If the notice is not given, then the cancellation period will apply, as above.

Goods Ordered From e-shop

Availability & Unforeseen Circumstances

We will notify you as soon as possible if for any reason we are unable to supply a particular item. In these circumstances you have the right to modify or cancel your order. Under these circumstances you will receive a full refund.

Delivery

Delivery in the UK will be made to the address given by you on the completed online order form as soon as possible but could take up to 28 days. However, we will not be liable for loss occasioned by delay arising from any cause outside our reasonable control.

You agree to inspect your consignment upon delivery and to notify us by email to admin@elitemotorcycletraining.com within 3 working days should items be damaged or of incorrect type or quantity. You must retain the defective goods for our collection and inspection. We will then endeavour to rectify problems and to replace items or refund as appropriate. If it is obvious that the consignment is incorrect or has been damaged, you should inform us immediately.

Cancellation

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (SI 2334/2000), you have the right to cancel your order after receipt of goods. Under these regulations you have the right to return goods purchased from this site for a full refund subject to the following conditions:

You must inform us by email (admin@elitemotorcycletraining.com) within 7 days of receiving the goods, of your intention to return them.

The goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, in undamaged stock condition suitable for resale.

You must pay the carriage cost of returning the goods.

The goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

If you should return the goods to us within 14 days of your cancellation, you must pay mailing costs. If you do not return the goods within 30 days of your notice of cancellation, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods at which point a new contract will exist between you and us and if necessary your credit or debit card will be re debited with the price of the goods.

Payment

You can pay by credit or debit card though our secure payment system. It will be taken that your authority for payment has been given when you complete the order form. Your payment will be debited from your card account before the goods are dispatched to you. Our total liability to you will not exceed the total price of the relevant items.

Retention of Title & Risk

The goods shall remain the property of Elite Motorcycle Training until you have paid for them in full.

Liability

Unless otherwise specified the materials published on the site are presented solely for your personal and non-commercial use.

The customer (you) will assume total responsibility and risk for use of the Site and any information contained within it.
